Chicken Thigh | 100 g |

Cooked Japanese Rice | 200 g |
Water | 3/4 cup |
Chicken Stock Powder | 1 tsp |
Soy Milk | 1/2 cup |
Egg | 1 |
Directions

Step 1
Cut the chicken thighs into 2 cm bite-sized pieces.

Cut the green onions into thin small pieces.

Wash the rice in a colander.

Put water and chicken stock powder into a pot and bring it to a boil.

Add chicken and simmer for 2 to 3 mins, then remove scum.

Add soy milk and bring to a boil.

Add rice, stir gently to loosen, remove scum, and simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 mins.
