| Finely Chopped Shibazuke Pickles | 1 small pack |
| Egg | 1 |
| Chopped Spring Onion | Adequate Amount |
| Salt | Adequate Amount |
| Pepper | Adequate Amount |
| Sesame Oil | Adequate Amount |
Directions

Step 1
Heat a frying pan over a medium heat, add a little sesame oil, then crack in the egg.

Once the egg is just set around the edges, add the cooked rice.
Stir well, breaking up the rice so that the egg coats the rice evenly. -
Step 3
When the rice becomes light and fluffy, season with salt and pepper, add the spring onion and chopped shibazuke, then stir-fry briefly until evenly combined.
