Snap Peas | 5 (30 g) |
Carrot | 30 g |
Shimeji Mushroom | 30 g |
Ginger-Miso Sauce
Miso | 2 tsp |

Honey | 1/2 tbsp |
Grated Ginger | 1/2 tsp |
Vinegar | 1 tsp |
Sesame Oil | 1/2 tsp |
Water | 1 tsp |
Directions

Step 1
Trim off the tip of the snap peas.

Cut the carrot into strips.

Separate the shimeji mushroom.

Put miso (2 tsp), honey (1/2 tbsp), grated ginger (1/2 tsp), vinegar (1 tsp), sesame oil (1/2 tsp) and water (1 tsp) in a bowl. Mix with a whisk.

Step 5
Cover 2 salmons (60 g each) and vegetables with the sauce.

Arrange salmon and vegetables on grill tray.

Step 7
Preheat the oven to 230℃. Place it on the top shelf of the oven and bake for 13 mins, and it’s done!
