Japanese Rice | 80 g × 3 |
---|---|
Noritama Furikake | 2 tsp |
Fried Onion | 2 tsp |
Salmon Flakes | 2 tsp |
Seaweed | 3 pieces |
Directions

Step 1
Place warm rice in a wooden bowl.

Cover the bowl and shake it with both hands.
First, shake it up and down, then move in a circular motion. Repeat this process a few times. -
Step 3
When it becomes round, add the furikake of your choice.

Cover the bowl again and shake (like you did on step 2).

Serve in a plate.

Wrap some seaweed around the rice ball and serve. This also prevents the rice from sticking to your hands.
