  • Japanese Rice
  • Furikake

Ingredients

Japanese Rice 80 g × 3
Noritama Furikake 2 tsp
Fried Onion 2 tsp
Salmon Flakes 2 tsp
Seaweed 3 pieces

Directions

  • Step 1

Place warm rice in a wooden bowl.

  • Step 2

Cover the bowl and shake it with both hands.
First, shake it up and down, then move in a circular motion. Repeat this process a few times.

  • Step 3

When it becomes round, add the furikake of your choice.

  • Step 4

Cover the bowl again and shake (like you did on step 2).

  • Step 5

    Serve in a plate.

  • Step 6

Wrap some seaweed around the rice ball and serve. This also prevents the rice from sticking to your hands.
