Fried Chicken Takikomi Gohan
Simply add the fried chicken and savoury vegetables to the rice cooker to cook a flavourful Takikomi Gohan (rice cooked with meat and vegetables) that absorbs the full flavour of the ingredients. By using prepared fried chicken, Washoku (Japanese cuisine) can be easily prepared.

Fried Chicken | 160 g |
Carrot | 60 g |
Green Onion | 1 |
Soy Sauce | 1 tbsp |
Sugar | 1 1/2 tbsp |
Chicken Stock Powder | 2 tsp |

Step 1
Cut fried chicken into 2 cm blocks

Cut the carrot into 4 cm length, slice into 3 mm widths, and cut into 3 mm sticks.

Cut the white parts of the green onion into 1 cm pieces and cut the green parts into thin small pieces.

Wash rice, put it in the inner pot, add water until scale 2 of waterline. Add seasonings (1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp sugar, and 2 tsp of chicken stock powder) and stir to combine.

Place the chopped fried chicken, carrots, and white parts of the green onions on the rice.

Put the inner pot in the rice cooker, close the outer lid and press the “Start” key.

When the rice is cooked, remove the lid and add the green parts of the green onion.

Mix softly and serve.
