Ingredients
Japanese Rice | 300 g |
---|---|
Chicken Thigh | 120 g |
Onion | 1/4 (50 g) |
Carrot | 1/4 (40 g) |
Mushroom | 4 (60 g) |
Water | 150 ml |
Curry Roux | 2 Blocks (50 g) |
Butter | Adequate Amount |
Shredded Cheese | 60 g |
Boiled Egg | 1 (Sliced) |
Chopped Parsley | Adequate Amount |
Directions

Step 1
Cut the chicken into small bite-sized pieces.

Cut the carrots into 7-8 mm cubes, onions into 1 cm cubes and thinly slice the mushrooms.

Put them all in a heatproof bowl and pour 150 ml of water. Cover with a fluffy layer of plastic wrap.

Put in microwave and heat for 8 mins (800 W) and add the curry roux and stir until dissolved. Cover with a fluffy layer of plastic wrap.

Put in microwave and heat for 4 mins (440 W) and mix even more.

Spread a thin layer of melted butter on the baking dish and put in some rice flat.

Pour the curry.

Preheat the oven to 230℃. Top with boiled eggs then shredded cheese. Place it on the grill tray, set it on the top shelf of the oven, and heat for 10 mins.

Sprinkle chopped parsley and enjoy!
